While traditional waistbeads are tied on string, BEBS beaded jewelry are strung on elastic wire to allow for comfort and forgivable removal. Know that elastic wire will not stretch out of size and will not pop unless forced to do so.
How do I wear waistbeads?
You wear them however you want to wear them. BEBS waistbeads can be worn comfortably under clothes or over clothes. Wear them to the beach. Wear them when you shower. Wear them when you have sex. Wear them when you workout.
Do your waistbeads have a clasp?
No. BEBS waistbeads are created with high-quality glass seed beads. Size 6/0 is standard. All beads are strung on elastic wire. Elastic wire allows for optimal comfort and easy removal for those who prefer not to wear their waistbeads at all times. Elastic wire will not stretch out of size.
How should I measure my waist?
Please use a measuring tape to measure your waist size. Place the measuring tape where you want the waistbeads to lay. Snug, but not tight.

Can waistbeads help me lose weight?
Yes. Waistbeads act as a mindfulness tool assisting in weight loss. If weight loss is your primary goal, it is recommended to measure above your navel. When losing weight or inches, waistbeads will fall. When weight is gained, waistbeads will rise on the abdomen.

Yes. Feel free to shower, bathe, live in your waistbeads. They are a part of you and never have to come off, if that is your preference.
How should I care for my waistbeads?
Water and mild soap should be used with waistbeads. Be mindful of lotions and oils. Shine may be affected on waistbeads with stainless steel and metal embellishments.
